Instructions For Use: Add 100ml water to 100gm of dry pakodi mix, stir it well to make a fluffy batter, then let it rest for 15-20 mins. The batter should be thick and not of pouring consistency. Add some freshly chopped green chilli and coriander to the batter. Now heat oil and fry the parodies on medium-high flame till they float up and look crisp and golden. Drain them on a paper towel and enjoy them hot with coriander and mint chutney. To make chilla, add a little more water to the prepared batter for a pouring consistency. Then pour a ladle on a hot frying pan and spread the batter evenly. Add a few drops of oil and let it cook on a medium-high flame until cooked, now flip and let it cook until crisp to your liking.
