Instructions For Use: Add 275 ml warm water and 1 tbsp of oil to the 200 gms of dry dahi vada mix, stir it well to make a fluffy batter, and let it rest for 30-40 mins. Now heat oil and fry the vadas till crisp and golden (to avoid frying, you can also use an appe pan/steam them in an idli stand). Next, drain them on a paper towel and soak them in water for 5-7 mins. Gently press each vada to squeeze out excess water. To serve, take 3-5 vadas in a bowl, pour over beaten yogurt, drizzle coriander and sweet tamarind chutney, sprinkle salt, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder. The delicious dahi vadas are ready to eat!
