Local Sparrow's mustard oil is made from organically grown mustard seeds. The oil is extracted using organic, cold pressed oil extraction method. The color of the oil may vary depending on the seeds which is completely normal. We do not add any colors or flavours to bring in an artificial consistency in our products. Our oils are made in small batches and tested to meet nutritional guidelines.

Our mustard oil can be used for cooking food or pickles. It can also be used for body and hair massage.

Our mustard oil is packaged in a glass bottle to prevent toxic chemicals leaching from plastic. This protects the nutrient value, taste and life of the oil inside.
