Shoppers can find relevant products/sellers through the ONDC Network buyer app. All matching products from pan-India sellers are displayed to the buyers based on their search preferences. Buyers can choose their preferred payment option to make a purchase.

Merchants can choose an ONDC Network-approved logistics partner or use off-network logistics. Also, you can fetch real-time delivery rates for on-network logistics partners and choose the most economical one for a given delivery location.

Payment for all completed orders is credited on a weekly basis (every Friday) to your bank account. Here’s how the payment cycle works for Mystore-registered merchants:

a) non-returnable orders:

Payment Cycle = Nearest Friday after (Delivery date + 2 days)

b) returnable orders:

Payment cycle = Nearest Friday after (Delivery date + returnable time period + 2 days)
