Peas are a cold-wrather crop and must be grown during the winter months. This is a vigourous variety of green peas that is best sown in the months of Oct-Nov. It takes 85-90 days for the first harvest. The pods are dark green and long and can have up to 8-10 peas per pod. Peas prefers full sun and rich loamy soil. The plant needs staking to support the growing stems.

It can also be grown in containers of size 10"-12".
