WHAT IS SUPRABHAT CHAI (GOOD MORNING GREEN TEA)?

Subtly sweet and soothing Suprabhat Chai is a cognition-enhancing good morning tea that helps balance Kapha dosha. Kapha dosha is risen in the morning time in all of nature, and can cause heaviness, drowsiness or lethargy especially when out of balance. Some common Kapha related health issues are cold and cough, particularly in the mornings, excessive phlegm formation, laziness or weight gain.

Suprabhat Chai Green Tea is a natural blend of Tulsi, Mulethi (licorice), Brahmi, Black pepper (Kali Mirch), and selected green tea leaves from Darjeeling. This blend helps in balancing the Kapha dosha, and improves energy levels and gives a kick start to the day. This Mulethi tea boosts immunity, helps improve concentration and liver health.

SUPRABHAT CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

For tea bags:

1. Bring fresh water to boil.
2. Place the Suprabhat Chai tea bag and pour hot water (preferably at 98° C) in a cup.
3. Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
4. Stir well and add lemon or sugar if you like.

For loose tea:

1. Bring fresh water to boil.
2. Add 2 gms of loose Suprabhat Chai to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
3. Turn off the flame and allow it to brew for about two minutes.
4. Strain it into a cup.
5. Add lemon or sugar to taste.

100gm/200gm - Suprabhat Chai (Good Morning Green Tea) comes protected inside an airtight aluminum foil, packaged carefully in a stylized cardboard pack.

20 Tea Bags (40gm) - This comes in 100% biodegradable tea bags made of corn and wheat starch.

DOSAGE & STORAGE

Recommended: One cup of Suprabhat Chai Green Tea twice a day preferably between 6:00 am – 10:00 am.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
