Finger Millet Vermicelli is made with the combination of high amount of Finger Millet flour and Whole Wheat flour. High quality Finger Millet are peculiarly brought from the farmers and then grinded into fine powder. Finger Milet are rich in Vitamin B, especially  niacin, B6 and folic acid as well as the minerals such as calcium, iron potassium, magnesium and zinc. We have developed an authentic mix of seasonings that goes well with the vegetable noodles. We have not used any chemicals in the seasoning masala pack.
