Care Instructions

• Wash pillows at least twice a year. If you eat in bed, have pets, or sweat a lot, wash pillows quarterly. Special pillows like body pillows or throw pillows should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months.
• Spot-clean pillows between deeper washes. For foam pillows, clean soiled areas with a damp cloth and soap solution.
• Wash pillowcases at least once a week. Pillowcases absorb sweat, skin cells, and dust that collect on the surface of your pillow.
• You can put pillows filled with cotton, polyester filling, or down feathers in the washing machine. Use a gentle setting and a small amount of laundry detergent.
• Allow the pillow to air dry on a flat, ventilated surface away from direct heat and sunlight. To speed drying, use a portable fan to circulate air.
• Put your pillows in the dryer on ""air fluff"" every few months to eliminate dust.

• Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
