Instructions | You will need: 15 gms Oil+ 155 ml water Prepare: Preheat the oven or pressure cooker Step 1: Add the cake mix with 155 ml water. Mix well and add 15 gms oil. Mix again with a spatula until no lumps remain. Step 2: Pour into a greased 7x7 inch round baking tin. Oven method: Preheat the oven under 180 degrees for 10 minutes Put the baking tin with the cake batter and bake for 30 to 35 minutes Pressure Cooker Method: Remove the rubber and the whistle from the lid of the cooker. Over low flame put the pressure cooker, close the lid and let it preheat for 10 minutes Open ,place a stand inside. Place the baking tin with the cake batter over the stand, close the lid and cook on low flame for 35 minutes. |
