3. Add the cooked vermicelli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes with your choice of protein (e.g., chicken, shrimp, tofu) and vegetables (if using).
4. Season with salt, pepper, and other spices (if using).
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped herbs or nuts (if desired).
