Tips to Prepare: Grase the pan with ghee / oil. Add Gharuda Foods Chettinaadu Briyani Mix and Add flesh then stir well. After 5 minutes, Add soaked rice which was soaked for 15 - 20 minutes previously. Close the lid and boil it. After 10 - 15 minutes pour little ghee and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
Ingredients: Onion, Tomato, Ginger Garlic, Green Chilli, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamon, Bay Leaves, Sunflower Oil, Lemon, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Cashew, Curd, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt.
Soak 400 grams of (Basmati or Jeeraga Sambha Rice) for 30 minutes. Empty the entire pack into the cooker, just sauté the Masala Paste. Then add 500 grams of vegetables like mushrooms, paneer, or mixed veggies, or non-veg like meat or chicken into the cooker. Add approximately 650 ml of water for Basmati Rice or approximately 900 ml of water for Seeraga Sambha Rice. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Then add 500 grams of soaked rice into the cooker. Close the cooker with the lid and keep the flame low. After 3 whistles, switch off the flame.
