How to use:

1. Wash your hands with

3. Insert a FreeStyle Optium H Beta Ketone Test Strip into the glucometer.


4. Lance your finger with the lancing device.


5. Apply a small drop of blood to the tip of the test strip.


6. Hold the test strip in place until the glucometer beeps.
