D-Fibroheal Wound Aid is a sterile, transparent, water-proof, silk protein and antimicrobial silver-based island dressing with an absorbent pad and adhesive backing which keeps the dressing in place throughout the wear time, absorb excess fluid from wounds, prevent wound infections and promote faster healing.

Indications:  Low to moderately exuding wounds such as minor burns, infection prone donor sites and non-infected/infected wounds in difficult to dress sites such as joints and curvy surfaces.
