1 cup of Cosmos Sona Masoori white rice

• 2 cups of water

Instructions for cooking in a Pot: 

1. In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the rice to the pot and stir well. 
3. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the water has been absorbed.
4. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes with the lid still on.
5. Fluff the rice with a spoon and serve.
