Contour blue test strips are used with Contour  blood glucose meters, which are commonly used by     people with diabetes to monitor their blood sugar levels. The Contour blue test strip is a blood glucose test strip that is designed to be accurate, easy to use, and affordable. They feature a Sip-In™ sampling technology that makes it easy to apply the correct amount of blood to the strip. Contour BLUE test strips are also unaffected by many common interfering substances, such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen.

How to use:

1. Wash your hands with water.


2. Dry your hands well.


3. Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the glucometer gently.


4. Prick your clean and dried finger with a lancing device.


5. Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the contour blue test strip.


6. Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.


7. Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.

Safety information:

• Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip.


• Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip within 5 seconds of pricking your finger.


• Do not overfill the test strip.


• Hold the test strip still while the meter is reading your blood glucose level.


• Do not use a test strip that is past its expiration date.
