Amaranth Amore Granola is a rich and light mix of Indian superfoods viz. amaranth (rajgira), raisins, coconut along with tart cranberries, crunchy pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a hint of spice.
This granola is from our second series launch and was conceptualized purely for the love of Amaranth. It is 65% Dry fruits by weight, thereby, making it rich in healthy fats and high quality plant protein.

Taste and texture :
It is a mildly sweet and light granola with chewy fruit pieces and slight crunch from the nuts and seeds. Subtle hint of coconut and nutmeg gives it its flavor.
Ways to enjoy your Amaranth Amore Granola:
1. It is delicious on its own
2. Enjoy with a splash of milk and half a banana, sliced
3. Overnight rajgira kheer : Soak it along with banana/berries and a dash of maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice, keep in the fridge overnight and enjoy it cold the next morning.
