Adjust water based on consistency that suits you best.  Stir a little, cover for 5-8 minutes, voila, nutritious mummy wala khana is ready to eat! How it all works: Short answer, Freeze Drying! Long answer, fully cooked food is first spread evenly on sterilized stainless steel trays, then the food is taken to -35 deg C. Post this step, in a vaccum chamber, with slow heating upto 55 deg C, the food is dried ensuring low nutritional loss and the magic of Indian flavors stay intact in our yummy mummy wala khana!
